1. Eligibility for Return & Exchange

  • Returns or exchanges are accepted within 7 days of delivery.
  • Products must be unused, unwashed, undamaged, and in their original packaging with tags intact.
  • Items purchased during sale/discounts may not be eligible for return unless received damaged or defective.

2. Non-Returnable Items

For hygiene and safety reasons, the following items cannot be returned or exchanged:

  • Innerwear
  • Accessories
  • Customised or personalised products
  • Items bought under Final Sale or Clearance

3. Damaged / Defective Products

If you receive a damaged, defective, or wrong item:

  • Raise a request within 48 hours of delivery.
  • Share clear photos/videos of the product and packaging.
  • After verification, we will arrange an exchange or issue store credit.

4. Process for Return / Exchange

  2. Our team will verify the request and share pickup details.
  3. Once the product is received and inspected at our warehouse, we will process:
    • Exchange, or
    • Store Credit / Coupon Code (valid for 6 months)

5. Refund Policy

  • We currently do not offer refunds to bank accounts.
  • Only exchange or store credit is provided after the return is approved.

6. Cancellation Policy

  • Orders can be cancelled within 2 hours of placing the order.
  • Once the order is shipped, cancellation will not be possible.
